How to get toned arms:
- *How a person’s body responds to exercise is genetically coded, so the goal is to get the best arms available to YOU, not to get Michelle Obama’s arms, or anyone elses!
- *Defined muscles are achieved by consistent strength workouts that focus on the shoulders, biceps, & triceps primarily.
- *Tools can be varied, and can include weight machines, free weights, bands, or water tools.
- *Enough weight/resistance should be used to FATIGUE the muscles being worked within 15 reps.
- *Sets of 10-15 repetitions can be repeated 2 or 3 times
- *Strength workouts should be done 2 or 3 times a week, for about 30 minutes to get to all of the major muscles.
- *The key is to be CONSISTENT with patterns!
- *Excess fat will cover beautiful muscles up, so be sure to eat well, and be at your proper weight
