Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped which means unopened and unused ready for resale. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge may be refused. We do not refund shipping costs. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Orders are shipped UPS. You may elect to receive the package without signature required. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen if signature requirement is waived.
We recognize and respect your privacy and your data. When you purchase products from us or sign up for information such as an email newsletter, we may ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we also request credit card or other payment account information. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
